To ensure that your students are eligible for WoodLINKS® USA certification, we ask that you submit information for all students enrolled in the WoodLINKS® USA program in your school this school year. Certification exams and certificates are generated by names of students and by student identification numbers (SID) or equivalent. Please ensure that names and numbers are accurate and are legible (if completing by hand).
Examination / Certification Fee $50 (Plus applicable taxes) per student per level. Payment must accompany the certification form to be processed.
