WoodLINKS® USA Registration Fees
All schools must register for participation in the WoodLINKS® USA program on an annual basis. A registration fee of $250.00 is applicable and is invoiced to the attention of the Chair / Dean contact for payment. This fee ensures that schools are kept up to date with any program changes and provides them with access to donated “Donation Package”. Please email, fax, or mail the completed Registration Form to WoodLINKS USA.
WoodLINKS® USA Certification Fees
Certification examinations are provided to the school two weeks prior to the scheduled exam date, if the school requests 5 weeks before the scheduled exam date. Certification fees plus applicable taxes are applied based on the number of examinations requested. (@ $50 per exam)
I have read and understand the information included in the WoodLINKS® USA License Agreement contained on the website under, “Register Your School” and in the program handbook. It is my intent to participate in all aspects of the WoodLINKS USA program to the best of my ability. I understand the commitment that is expected of all partners involved with my school registered as a WoodLINKS® USA site.
